The talent industry has a discovery problem that nobody was solving honestly. Open casting platforms became overrun with volume. Thousands of unverified profiles. Outdated photos. Fake postings that led nowhere. Talent spending months applying to opportunities that were never real.
On the production side, casting directors were spending hours scrolling through databases that felt more like a phone book than a roster. Finding five usable people meant sorting through five hundred profiles of varying quality. It was slow, frustrating, and nobody was held accountable for the gap between what was promised and what was delivered.
BreakoutCasting was built by people who work in talent representation. People who know what a casting director actually needs when they open a database at 9am with a shoot date in two weeks. People who know what it feels like to be a talented fresh face with no credits and no way in.
We built the platform we wished existed. Curated from the start. Every application reviewed by a working agent. Every production verified before they see a single profile. Every submitted photo handled with the same care we would want our own materials treated with.
We are based in the United States and serve talent and productions worldwide. The discovery problem is not regional. Neither is the solution.
